Manual grape harvesting selecting with special care the ripening of the clusters of grapes. Desteming and soft pressing of the grape skins. Decantation and fermentation in steel vats ripening in its own yeast until late spring.

Organoleptic Characteristic

It has an aspect of a fine yellow straw colour in the wine glass. Initially you can percept a frutty taste of yellow peaches and pineapple, enriched by tones of citrus fruit. The taste is fresh and dry , recalling minerals and a good persistant taste.

Serving Suggestion

Combines with blue fish, shell fish and white meat. Excellent with Pasta in white sauces.
