Manual Grape harvesting. Pressing and desteming of the grapes followed by a natural and spontaneous fermentation of it's own yeast, in steel vats with duration of 10 days or so.
Everage stay of 12 months in stainless steel and a final refinement in bottles for a period of 4 months.
Ruby color with a tendency to grenade while ageing. Intense and vinous nose with hints of red fruit. On the palate tangy and sincere with tannic Notes features that leaves frank with clean the palate and pleased by a good persistence.
