Wine making

Manual grape harvesting with special attention to the best selection of grapes. Desteming and pressing of the grapes with  fermentation in a spontaneous and natural process in its own yeast  in steel vats for 15 days about.

Refinement

Minimum period of 12 months in  french oak barrels with a final refinement in bottles for a period of 8 months.

Organoleptic Characteristic

Deep ruby colour smelling of wild blackberries, prunes and changing aromas of tabacco and hint of liquerish. The taste is full and smooth and compares to a pleasing and elegant aftertaste and a sense of a frutty taste in the mouth.
