Grape harvesting is manual with a careful slection of the best grapes.Pressing of the grapes and desteming, followed by a natural and spontaneous fermentation of it's own yeast in steel vats for a period of 15 days.
Minimum Period of 12 months in french oak barrels followed by bottlingand refinement for a period of 8 months.
Intense ruby colour with purple reflections. The smell of cherry and small red fruit with a note of sweet spices. Excellent structure to the palat with an aftertaste of fruit that you have already sensed around you.
